As a Factory Worker, you will work in a manufacturing environment and be [linkoptimizer:1] responsible for performing various tasks to ensure the smooand efficient operation of the production process. You will work alongside a team of professionals to manufacture and assemble a range of products, using various tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
- Assemble products by hand, using basic hand tools
- Monitor machines and equipment to ensure they are running correctly
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Package finished products for shipping or distribution
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain accurate records of production activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
- Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
